  • "Service" refers to automated chat management, AI Chatbot, and related services
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers and uses the service
  • "Company" refers to the organization or business that subscribes to the service
  • "Content" refers to text, images, files, and other data transmitted through the platform

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the service immediately.

3. Scope of Services

Vexio provides the following services:

  • Multi-channel chat management system (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok)
  • Auto-Reply system
  • Intelligent AI Chatbot
  • Broadcast messaging system
  • Analytics and reporting system
  • Team and case management system

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Responsibility

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Plans

We offer multiple service tiers to meet your needs. Pricing and plan details are displayed on the pricing page and are subject to change.

5.2 Payment

Service fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PromptPay. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal before the payment due date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Send illegal, offensive, obscene content, or content that infringes on others' rights
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Send viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Disrupt or interfere with the system's operation
  • Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The platform, software, logo, trademarks, and all content of Vexio are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload or transmit through the platform. However, you grant us the right to use such content to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with reasonable advance notice, except in cases of serious violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
